Refund Policy

1. Overview

At One Infinity Labs, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”), we want you to be completely satisfied with Ringyo AI. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for our Service.

2. 14-Day Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial that includes a limited number of credits. During the trial period:

  • No payment information is required to start the trial (unless otherwise specified at sign-up).
  • You have full access to the Service features included in the trial plan.
  • If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account will be downgraded and no charges will be made.
  • Trial credits do not carry over to paid subscriptions.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, you are entitled to a full refund of your subscription fee.

  • The 30-day period begins on the date of your first paid subscription charge.
  • This guarantee applies to the first subscription payment only. Subsequent renewal payments are not eligible for the money-back guarantee (see Section 4 for renewal refunds).
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial charge.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Subscription Renewal Refunds

For subscription renewals beyond the initial 30-day guarantee period:

  • Monthly Plans: If you cancel within 48 hours of a renewal charge and have not used credits during the new billing period, you may request a full refund of that renewal.
  • Annual Plans: If you cancel within 14 days of an annual renewal charge and have used less than 10% of your annual credit allocation, you may request a full refund of that renewal.
  • Partial refunds for annual plans may be issued on a prorated basis at our discretion for cancellations after 14 days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Add-on Credit Purchases: One-time credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account.
  • Used Credits: Credits that have been consumed through voice calls, chat interactions, or other Service usage are non-refundable.
  • Phone Number Fees: Monthly fees for provisioned phone numbers (Twilio) are non-refundable as they represent third-party costs.
  • Accounts Terminated for Violations: No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Setup or Onboarding Fees: Any one-time setup or custom onboarding fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@ringyo.ai with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request.
  3. If applicable, include the transaction ID or invoice number from your payment confirmation email.

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@ringyo.ai.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • After your paid period ends, your account will be downgraded. Your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us at support@ringyo.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Any changes will not apply retroactively to refund requests made before the update.
