Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Ringyo AI platform and all related services provided by One Infinity Labs, Inc. (“Company”). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

2. Prohibited Uses of AI Voice Agents

You may not use Ringyo AI voice agents or chat widgets for any of the following purposes:

2.1 Illegal Activities

  • Conducting, facilitating, or promoting any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Fraud, identity theft, phishing, or social engineering
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions violations
  • Violating telecommunications regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), or equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions

2.2 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

  • Making unsolicited automated calls (robocalling) to individuals who have not given prior express consent
  • Sending bulk unsolicited messages through the chat widget
  • Using AI agents to cold-call, telemarket, or solicit without proper consent and compliance with applicable regulations
  • Spoofing caller ID or misrepresenting the origin of communications

2.3 Impersonation and Deception

  • Configuring AI agents to impersonate a real, identifiable individual without their explicit consent
  • Using AI agents to deceive callers into believing they are speaking with a human when explicitly asked if they are speaking with an AI
  • Creating deepfake or misleading audio using the voice agent capabilities
  • Misrepresenting the nature, purpose, or capabilities of the AI agent

2.4 Harmful or Abusive Content

  • Configuring AI agents to generate or distribute content that is hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Using the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Creating AI agents that provide medical, legal, or financial advice that could cause harm to the recipient
  • Using the Service to stalk, bully, intimidate, or harass any person

2.5 Privacy Violations

  • Collecting personal information from callers without proper disclosure and consent
  • Recording calls in jurisdictions that require all-party consent without obtaining such consent
  • Using the Service to collect or process data of minors without parental consent
  • Sharing or selling personal data collected through AI agent interactions in violation of applicable privacy laws

2.6 Technical Abuse

  • Attempting to bypass usage limits, credit restrictions, or access controls
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code or AI models used in the Service
  • Overloading the Service infrastructure through excessive or automated requests beyond normal use
  • Accessing or using the Service through unauthorized third-party tools, scripts, or bots
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

3. Your Responsibilities

When using Ringyo AI, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your AI agent configurations comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your callers
  • Obtaining all necessary consents for call recording and data processing
  • Informing callers that they are interacting with an AI system where required by law
  • Reviewing and monitoring your AI agent interactions for quality and compliance
  • Ensuring that any industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA for healthcare, PCI-DSS for payment data) are adhered to in your use of the Service
  • Maintaining appropriate and up-to-date business information in your agent configurations

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this AUP, including:

  • Warning: Issuing a formal warning for minor or first-time violations.
  • Suspension: Temporarily suspending access to the Service.
  • Termination: Permanently terminating your account without refund for serious or repeated violations.
  • Legal Action: Pursuing legal remedies, including reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of the Service or violations of this AUP, please report it immediately to:

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
